Creative Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Super Evil Genius Corp, you'll be the critical link between our clients and our Creative and Account Management teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee projects, from coordinating scheduling to ensuring that all deliverable deadlines are met. You'll need to be proactive, quick-thinking, and an expert problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills. Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and deliver service excellence.


As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution and optimization of our Creative Services projects. This will involve assessing the marketing needs of our clients, determining their goals, keeping our internal team on task and coordinating projects accordingly. You'll need to be adept at identifying and resolving issues and barriers, and you'll be expected to escalate any problems that can't be resolved at the project level. Ultimately, your success as a Project Manager will depend on your ability to balance the needs of our clients with the capabilities of our Creative and Account Management teams.




  • Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams.

  • Apply a broad knowledge of music festival marketing, promotions, design, and production workflows.

  • Establish and promote excellent client relations through effective and proactive communications

  • Enter client design requests and track a high volume of requests through Asana and Slack

  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects

  • Demonstrate understanding in each area of Creative Services including: design, short form social media content, social media management, videography and photography.

  • Attend and set relevant client meetings, production and project management status calls bringing in appropriate resources from Creative Team as needed.

  • Maintain contact with clients and creative/account management teams to set project milestones, create project estimates, track schedules, advise of job progress, scheduling concerns, and any requests for additional information or materials, when required.

  • Track and report on quality metrics, strategize with the client and deliver services, which will attract and retain customer loyalty.

  • Train other employees on internal systems as needed.

  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

  • Manage SEGC internal projects, sales materials, internal decks, and creative projects.


Required Skills


  • Background in Project Management for Creative Agency or Music Industry preferred.

  • Must be proactive, collaborative, driven and seek excellence in execution of tasks.

  • Experience in utilizing continuous improvement tools to create and track metrics.

  • Complete understanding of the "Big Picture" which allows the individual to problem-solve, analyze potential solutions and use sound judgment to make informed business decisions.

  • Ability to interpret and understand clients' expectations and guide the internal team to get tasks done on time.

  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills.

  • Proven track record with strong and effective client relationships and solution delivery.

  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen for understanding.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams, internally and client-side.

  • Ability to anticipate needs on behalf of the client, not only to serve the client but also increase volume and profitability.

  • Knowledge of administrative software (Asana and Slack), Google Sheets, Google Docs; basic working knowledge of design or development skills/software (Adobe Creative Suite, including In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat).

  • Must have the ability to work independently and manage high volumes of information during high-stress situations.

  • Demonstrate excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building with strong problem solving skills.


Required Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.

  • 2-3 year’s experience in project management or comparable experience with progressively expanding responsibilities.
